Raise your glass to St. Patrick's Day Drink Specials

With the holiday that brings out a little Irish in 'em all, there's no better time to prepare to serve up those specialtiy drinks that will put a smiles on your customers faces. Here are a few, provided by our friends at cocktail.com, that will make you want to kiss the Blarney stone.

Clover Club Cocktail

1 oz dry gin
1/2 oz grenadine
1 egg white
juice of 1/2 lemon or lime

In a mixing glass with ice, combine all ingredients. Shake 25 times. Strain into cocktail glass.

St. Patrick's Day Cocktail

3/4 oz green creme de menthe
3/4 oz green chartreuse
3/4 oz Irish whiskey
1 dash bitters

Stir well with cracked ice and strain into 3-ounce cocktail glass.

Top of the Morning

1 oz brandy
1/2 oz apple brandy
1/2 oz Italian vermouth
1 dash lemon juice

In a mixing glass with ice, stir well from bottom. Strain into cocktail glass snd serve with one olive.
