Tequila Sunrise
Not
to be confused with the 1988 film staring Mel Gibson, Michelle Pfeiffer
and Kurt Russell, the Tequila Sunrise is one of the simpler drinks to
make and a cool one at that.
The
drink is intended to be severed cool, with plenty of ice for
those hot summer days. It's a larger mixed drink than some,
meaning that it should be served in quantities of 8 to 12 ounces and
preferably in a highball glass.
The
magic:
2
oz of Tequila
4 oz of fresh orange juice
3/4 oz of Grenadine
Combine
Tequila and OJ in your ice filled glass. Slowly pour in the
grenadine and allow it to settle. Finally stir to your liking and
enjoy.
