Raise your glass to St. Patrick's Day Drink Specials II

In our last newsletter, we brought you St. Patty's day drinks that flooded us with requests for more. Again, provided by our friends at cocktail.com, here are recipes that will have your patron's dancing the Jig.

The Shamrock Cocktail

1 tsp green creme de menthe
1/2 oz French vermouth
1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey

Stir well with cracked ice and strain into 3-ounce cocktail glass. Serve with an olive.

Irish Shilleah

1/2 lemon, juice of
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
1/2 oz sloe gin
1/2 oz rum
2 slices peaches

Shake well with ice and strain into 5-ounce punch glasses. Decorate with fresh raspberries, strawberries and a cherry.

Peggy Cocktail

3/4 oz French vermouth
1 1/2 oz dry gin
1/4 tsp absinthe
1/4 tsp Dubonnet

Stir well with cracked ice and strain into 3-ounce cocktail glass.
